Induction & Development
As part of our ‘Nurture to Grow’ value, it’s important to us that new team members are welcomed into the company and given all of the necessary tools and training to settle into their new role.
Welcome to AlphaLSG
Upon starting with the business, you’ll be invited on our induction programme, where you’ll be brought up to speed on key facts about the company, an overview of what we do and how different processes and teams fit together.
We’ll introduce you to some of the key names in our organisation, our customers, specific information about your location, company values and an overview of our customer service ethos and approach.
Following your induction, you’ll be trained in key topics such as health and safety, manual handling and basic food safety.
Any role training will be provided during your probationary period. You’ll have a review meeting with your line manager to ensure performance and training is on track and that you’re being supported.
We ensure your training is up to date with annual and bi-annual refresher sessions in core compliance topics.
Key Operational Roles
You could be working in food production, equipment packing or warehousing – playing a key role in our supply chain. Your attention to detail and care in complying with customer requirements is what underpins the performance and high standards we deliver to our customers.
Responsible for the ‘final mile’ delivery, you’re the last point of contact with our airline customer, ensuring the right products are stocked onboard the aircraft. You’ll be interacting with the crew to check service standards have been achieved prior to departure – maintaining a customer orientated focus in everything you do.
Supported by the team in our Dynamic Logistics Centre, inflight retail is all about delivering an intuitive service to our customers based on retail trends and sales performance.
From Head Chefs to Commis Chefs, we have a variety of roles in locations across the UK. With a fantastic range of culinary expertise, our chefs cater for over 40 different cuisine specialities for some of the world’s leading airlines.
